Luna is the signature restaurant of White Eagle Resort & Conference Center, tucked along nine hundred wooded acres in Hamilton, New York. Stone hearths and brushed brass meet floor-to-ceiling views of the lake — a setting that feels at once grand and entirely at ease.

Our menu is rooted in the farms, dairies, and waters of Central New York. We dry-age our own beef, butcher whole fish in-house, mill our own pastas, and let the harvest of each week guide what arrives at your table.
